Product Features

  • Valves certified by BAM Berlin to meet design and test requirement of EN ISO 10297:2006 and can be supplied with '' mark.

  • Metal to metal sealing below gland nut threads ensures permanent sealing eliminating the need to retightening gland nut.

  • Valves bottom spindle made from Naval Brass for extra toughness and wear resistance. Valve top spindle machined from SS-304 giving resistance against over torque beyond 50 Nm.

  • Soft seating in bottom spindle ensures no increase in torque during the service life of the valve.

  • Bottom spindle, thrust washer and 'O' rings are lubricated to minimize seizing and galling under high-pressure operation.

  • KVO - 10 tested for impact for use in cylinders, having weight of the package mass not exceeding 83.33 kgs, without valve protection cap.

  • Valves can be provided with PRD as per customer's requirement and in compliance to international standard and provision for dip tube fitment.
