Product Features

  • Valve body made from high tensile extruded brass rod and bright chrome finish.

  • Lower plug made of tough Naval brass to resist wear and lubricated with Oxygen compatible lubricant to eliminate seizing and galling under high pressure.

  • Internally threaded chamber design promotes longer life and helps protect valve body chamber threads from damage.

  • Nickel 201 rupture disc resists premature rupture that may be caused by corrosion from ambient environments. Single compact pressure relief assembly resists tampering.

  • Precise, quality machining results in exceptional finishes for low torque sealing and long packing life.

  • Secondary 'O' ring seal located above Teflon® packing helps provide secure seal under vacuum purging and low-pressure operation.

  • Copper sealing gasket provides permanent leak resistant bonnet seal.

  • Valves for Oxygen service cleaned to CGA specification G 4.1.

  • CGA standard valves for Oxygen service fitted with combination of burst disc backed by fusible alloy (melting temp 73.9oC) with identification color code ring for different WP cylinders and burst disc range as per DOT requirements.
